Charley Williams (Charles Williams) was born on September 14, 1953 in Magee, Mississippi. After going to high school at Mendenhall (MS), Williams attended Jackson State University. Williams made his professional debut in the NFL in 1978 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 1 year career.
