Charle Young (Charle Edward Young) was born on February 5, 1951 in Fresno, California. After going to high school at Edison (Fresno, CA), Young attended the University of Southern California. Young made his professional debut in the NFL in 1973 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles, Seattle Seahawks, Los Angeles Rams and San Francisco 49ers over the course of his 13 year career.
Most people believe that 1973 was Charle Young's best year, as he hauled in 55 receptions, had 854 receiving yards and caught 6 TD passes.
