Cesar Hernandez (Cesar Dario (Perez) Hernandez) was born on September 28, 1966 in Yamasa, Monte Plata (Dominican Republic). He made his Major League debut on July 19, 1992 for the Cincinnati Reds. Hernandez played for the Cincinnati Reds for his entire 2 year career.
