Carlos Polk (Carlos Devonn Polk) was born on February 22, 1977 in Memphis, Tennessee. After going to high school at Guilford (Rockford, IL), Polk attended the University of Nebraska. Polk made his professional debut in the NFL in 2001 with the San Diego Chargers. He has played for the San Diego Chargers for his entire 5 year career.

Most people believe that 2006 was Carlos Polk's best year.
