Carlos Carson (Carlos A. Carson) was born on December 28, 1958 in Lake Worth, Florida. After going to high school at John I. Leonard (Lake Forth, FL), Carson attended Louisiana State University. Carson made his professional debut in the NFL in 1980 with the Kansas City Chiefs. He played for the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles over the course of his 10 year career.

Most people believe that 1983 was Carlos Carson's best year, as he hauled in 80 receptions, had 1351 receiving yards and caught 7 TD passes.
