Carl Nery (Carl N. Nery) was born on June 17, 1917 in Lawrenceville, Pennsylvania. Nery attended Duquesne University. Nery made his professional debut in the NFL in 1940 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers for his entire 2 year career.
