Candy Miller (Raymond Frederick Miller) was born on June 7, 1898 in Fulton County, Indiana. After going to high school at Rochester (IN), Miller attended Purdue University. Miller made his professional debut in the NFL in 1922 with the Racine Legion. He played for the Racine Legion for his entire 2 year career.
