C.R. Roberts (Cornelius R. Roberts) was born on February 29, 1936 in Los Angeles, California. After going to high school at Carlsbad (CA), Roberts attended the University of Southern California. Roberts made his professional debut in the NFL in 1959 with the San Francisco 49ers. He played for the San Francisco 49ers for his entire 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1961 was C.R. Roberts's best year.
