Buster Maddox (George W. Maddox) was born on November 4, 1911 in Greenville, Texas. After going to high school at Greenville (TX), Maddox attended Kansas State University. Maddox made his professional debut in the NFL in 1935 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 1 year career.
