Bruce Perkins (Bruce Kerry Perkins) was born on August 14, 1967 in Waterloo, Iowa. After going to high school at Central (Waterloo, IA), Perkins attended Arizona State University and Butler CC. Perkins made his professional debut in the NFL in 1990 with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He played for the Indianapolis Colts and Tampa Bay Buccaneers over the course of his 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1990 was Bruce Perkins's best year.
