Brian Simmons (Brian Lee Simmons) was born on September 4, 1973 in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. He made his Major League debut on September 21, 1998 for the Chicago White Sox. Simmons played for the Chicago White Sox and Toronto Blue Jays over the course of his 3 year career.
