Born on May 4, 1971 in Amory, Mississippi, Brian Maxcy (David Brian Maxcy) played for the Detroit Tigers for his entire 2 year career. Maxcy broke into the bigs on May 26, 1995 with the Detroit Tigers, and put up a 6.88 ERA in 52.1 innings pitched in 1995, his rookie year.
