Born on March 18, 1962 in Honolulu, Hawaii, Brian Fisher (Brian Kevin Fisher) played for the New York Yankees, Pittsburgh Pirates, Houston Astros and Seattle Mariners over the course of his 7 year career. Fisher broke into the bigs on May 7, 1985 with the New York Yankees, and put up a 2.38 ERA in 98.1 innings pitched in 1985, his rookie year.
Most people believe that Brian Fisher's best season was 1985, when he posted a 2.38 ERA, notched 14 saves and struck out 85 batters.
