Born on October 5, 1975 in Downey, California, Brandon Puffer (Brandon Duane Puffer) played for the Houston Astros, San Diego Padres and San Francisco Giants over the course of his 4 year career. Puffer broke into the bigs on April 17, 2002 with the Houston Astros, and put up a 4.43 ERA in 69 innings pitched in 2002, his rookie year.
