Bob Rapp (Joseph Robert Rapp) was born on February 18, 1898 in Columbus, Ohio. Rapp attended none. Rapp made his professional debut in the NFL in 1922 with the Columbus Panhandles. He played for the Columbus Tigers, Buffalo Bisons and Columbus Panhandles over the course of his 6 year career.
