Bob Nichols (Robert Gordon Nichols) was born on July 18, 1943 in Los Angeles, California. After going to high school at Narbonne (Harbor City, CA), Nichols attended Stanford University. Nichols made his professional debut in the NFL in 1965 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Los Angeles Rams and Pittsburgh Steelers over the course of his 3 year career.
Most people believe that 1967 was Bob Nichols's best year.
