Bob Masters (George Robert Masters) was born on January 16, 1913 in Comanche, Texas. Masters attended Baylor University. Masters made his professional debut in the NFL in 1937 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles, Chicago Bears, Pittsburgh Pirates and Philadelphia/Pittsburgh over the course of his 6 year career.

Most people believe that 1937 was Bob Masters's best year.
