Bob LeBlanc (Robert LeBlanc) was born on November 5, 1962 in Panama City, Florida. After going to high school at Shawnee Mission South (Overland Park, KS), LeBlanc attended Coffeyville JC and Elon University. LeBlanc made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Buffalo Bills. He played for the Buffalo Bills for his entire 1 year career.
