Bob Higgins (Robert Arlington Higgins) was born on December 24, 1893 in Corning, New York. Higgins attended Pennsylvania State University. Higgins made his professional debut in the APFA in 1920 with the Canton Bulldogs. He played for the Canton Bulldogs for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1920 was Bob Higgins's best year, as he ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
