Bob Choate (Robert M. Choate) was born on December 2, 1898 in Pryor, Oklahoma. After going to high school at Pryor (OK), Choate attended Haskell Indian Nations University. Choate made his professional debut in the NFL in 1924 with the Kansas City Blues. He played for the Kansas City Blues for his entire 1 year career.
