Bill Yearby (William M. Yearby) was born on July 24, 1944 in Birmingham, Alabama. After going to high school at Eastern (Detroit, MI), Yearby attended the University of Michigan. Yearby made his professional debut in the AFL in 1966 with the New York Jets. He played for the New York Jets for his entire 1 year career.
