Bill Scott (William James Scott) was born on May 18, 1944 in Washington, District Of Columbia. After going to high school at Laurel (MD), Scott attended the University of Idaho. Scott made his professional debut in the AFL in 1968 with the Cincinnati Bengals. He played for the Cincinnati Bengals for his entire 1 year career.
