Bill Schroll (William Charles Schroll) was born on January 24, 1926 in Alexandria, Louisiana. After going to high school at Jesuit (Alexandria, LA), Schroll attended Louisiana State University. Schroll made his professional debut in the AAFC in 1949 with the Buffalo Bills. He played in the AAFC for 1 year, playing for the Buffalo Bills the entire time. Schroll also played in the NFL for 2 years, playing for the Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions over the course of his 2 year NFL career.
Most people believe that 1950 was Bill Schroll's best year.
