Bill Parks (William Robert Parks) was born on June 4, 1849 in Easton, Pennsylvania. He made his Major League debut on April 26, 1875 for the Washington Nationals. Parks played for the Washington Nationals, Philadelphia White Stockings and Boston Red Caps over the course of his 2 year career.
