Bill Neill (William M. Neill) was born on March 15, 1959 in Norristown, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Perkiomen Valley (Collegeville, PA), Neill attended the University of Pittsburgh. Neill made his professional debut in the NFL in 1981 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants and Green Bay Packers over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1982 was Bill Neill's best year.
