Bill Meisner (William L. Meisner) was born on February 19, 1893. After going to high school at Tonawanda (NY), Meisner attended Syracuse University. Meisner made his professional debut in the APFA in 1921 with the Tonawanda Kardex. He played for the Tonawanda Kardex for his entire 1 year career.
