Born on August 15, 1871 in Dayton, Kentucky, Bill Kissinger (William Francis Kissinger) played for the St. Louis Perfectos and Baltimore Orioles over the course of his 3 year career. Kissinger broke into the bigs on May 30, 1895 with the St. Louis Perfectos, and put up a 6.51 ERA in 152 innings pitched in 1895, his rookie year.
