Bill Belanich (Frank George Belanich) was born on May 19, 1903 in Euclid, Ohio. After going to high school at Cathedral Latin (Cleveland, OH), Belanich attended the University of Dayton. Belanich made his professional debut in the NFL in 1927 with the Dayton Triangles. He played for the Dayton Triangles for his entire 3 year career.
Most people believe that 1927 was Bill Belanich's best year, as he ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
