Bev Wallace (Beverly William Wallace) was born on March 7, 1923. After going to high school at Compton (CA) and Santa Paula (CA), Wallace attended Compton JC. Wallace made his professional debut in the AAFC in 1947 with the San Francisco 49ers. He played in the AAFC for 3 years, playing for the San Francisco 49ers the entire time. Wallace also played in the NFL for 1 year, playing for the New York Yanks the entire time.

Most people believe that 1948 was Bev Wallace's best year.
