Ben Jones (Benjamin F.H. Jones) in DuBois, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at DuBois (PA), Jones attended Grove City College and Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Jones made his professional debut in the NFL in 1923 with the Canton Bulldogs. He played for the Chicago Cardinals, Frankford Yellow Jackets, Cleveland Bulldogs and Canton Bulldogs over the course of his 6 year career.
