Ben Dvorak (Benjamin Anton Dvorak) was born on January 21, 1896. After going to high school at New Prague (MN), Dvorak attended the University of Minnesota. Dvorak made his professional debut in the APFA in 1921 with the Minneapolis Marines. He played for the Minneapolis Marines for his entire 1 year career.
