Babe Houck (Orlan G. Houck) was born on August 20, 1897 in Gallipolis, Ohio. After going to high school at Findlay (OH), Houck attended Bliss College. Houck made his professional debut in the APFA in 1920 with the Columbus Panhandles. He played for the Columbus Panhandles for his entire 2 year career.
