Artimus Parker (Artimus L. Parker) was born on January 15, 1952 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. After going to high school at Sacramento (CA), Parker attended the University of Southern California. Parker made his professional debut in the NFL in 1974 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles and New York Jets over the course of his 4 year career.

Most people believe that 1975 was Artimus Parker's best year, as he picked off 4 passes.
