About the Author

BigPPup
AGM Linebacker and I will bring the pain.

I'm a sports fanatic. I hail from Nelson County Virginia, and thats where I learned to be a Virginia Cavalier fan. I also learned to be a Dallas Cowboys fan because I hated how good the Redskins were doing. I've played sports at almost every level with the exception of being a fulltime professional, as a result I have a great perception on the sporting world. I love to talk sports and I've never been shy to share my opinion with someone.

Walker's Rants Brackets Are Always on Point

So you made I through the first weekend of March Madness, and your brackets are a bust already.  (It’s okay maybe next year all the 16’s will win…)But, even if your brackets are a bust, and you’re the laughing stock of the office pool (DNL) it’s okay because a new edition of Walker’s Rants will fix everything.

How does a John Thompson coached team blow a 17 point second half lead?

At least March Madness is overshadowing the complete self destruction of the Dallas Mavericks…

It’s March and already the Red Sox are making headlines for doing nothing…

UNC is the only team that’s impressed me in the NC2A tourney thus far…

Stephen Curry is a badass…

Congrats to Xavier for advancing to the Sweet 16… now make it happen...

Roy Hibert next great big man who doesn’t live up to his potential…

The Capitals will make the playoffs…

Forget the 5-12, it’s all about the 4-13 matchup…

Vandy… just not a winning tradition…

What’s up with Tom Izzo coaching in March?

How did the whole weekend go by and I never saw Kansas play?

What’s the deal with airline peanuts… wait sorry wrong bit…

The streak may be over for Tiger, but he will still have a record breaking year…

With Dirk out, the Mav’s can pack it up and go home…

Agent 0 doesn’t need to come back for the Wiz Kids…

Congrats to all of the Washington DC Metro area teams for coming to the NC2A but maybe next year...

Pacman Jones on the Cowboys is a good idea…

The Redskins aren’t spending money this offseason because they don’t have any…

This year tournament is already better because Duke is at home…

UCLA has played like the weakest 1 seed in the tourney so far…

The Canes are on fire, the Caps can only make it as an at large team.

Very true, I've backed away from my position that they can win the division, but they can win the last spot from Boston on Philly

Boston and Philly have been slipping. Nothing would make me happier than to see the Caps or even the Leafs take Philly's spot.

Yeah, its gonna be a dog fight and the Caps have a difficult last few games, but it will be a good run

Caps won't win the division. they have 3 at home and 3 on the road left. It will be tight. They need to leave Huet in net and let Kolzig ride the bench.

Thats a tough one Huet is is a hell of a goalie, but not always the best option. I like how they play the matchup Olie still has some good games left in him.

Curry's amazing. He's only a sophomore too. It'll be interesting to see if he enters the draft or sticks around.

IF he wants the money he goes now, because his stock cant get any higher. I personally think he should stick around though and get some more work in.

I've always wondered why people write NC2A as though it's an abbreviation of NCAA. :s

NCtwoA or NCdoubleA? We'd call it NCdoubleA over here. We call it the doubleIHF, or the IdoubleAF. Do you use double, or two?

Free throws will murder Memphis, as they were very close to blowing a 7 point lead with under a minute left last night.

i think people discount what a lot of #1 seeds face...

For one, by virtue of being the top seed overall, UNC has the easiest path...so would could argue that Arkansas was the weakest 8/9 seed of the group...

As dumb as it sounds, the Wash St/UNC matchup looks interesting...both have won in dominating fashion

Anyways, the catch with being a #1 seed is: a) you're expected to be the best, b) everyone is gunning for you and c) you not only get everyone's best effort because you're the best, but also because its their last game...
