Maryland women's basketball coach Brenda Frese can't be accused of double-dribbling in her household anymore. The Lady Terrapins coach became a first time mother last weekend. Markus William Thomas was born Sunday at 10:21 a.m. and Tyler Joseph Thomas was delivered 20 minutes later. Markus weighs 5 pounds, 5 ounces. Tyler just over 6 pounds.
She wasn't due to give birth until March but according to sources close to the basketball program she would not be able to carry the children to term.
No word on if her husband will be given a techincal foul for not changing diapers or if the kids will play basketball
