What's up. My name is Amir, and I am a HUGE sports fan, all around. I enjoy playing soccer, baseball, and basketball. I am not a huge fanatic about a specific team. For instance, I am a Real Madrid fan, but I like watching Barcelona's games. I like watching extremely good games, whether it be baseball, basketball, etc. I'm more of a fan of athletes, not teams.

3 Signings More Than Enough...

Real Madrid President Ramon Calderon has told Radio Marca yesterday that he will be aiming for 3 signings until next season. He believes that, for the most part, Madrid is fine the way it is, and that there can't be many improvements.

Here is what he had to say about the offseason:
"We must work to improve, but without too many alterations, I don't consider that a good idea. Right now there is an incredible union between the players, like a family, and therefore I don't think we need to change too much. In addition, those players that we have are going to progress because they're young and they'll become more focused."

Bernd Schuster is staying with Real Madrid.

On another note, President Calderon has "restated his faith" in first team coach Bernd Schuster. After a dominating season in his first year with Real, he will continue his work for (at least) one more season.

David Villa, one of the best players in the game has been rumored to sign with Real Madrid.

In my opinion, 3 signings would be more than enough, as Real Madrid currently has wonderful teamwork. Any additions could cause confusion, and I think that the 3 signings will not be to extravigant. I believe the 3 transfers will be David Villa, Ruben De La Red and Esteban Granero.

but this list could change because real madrid are looking to off-load 3 other players as well they are Julio Baptista,Javier Saviola and Mahamadou Diarra.

Good article, A QQ. I can't find anything wrong with Real Madrid right now. As I watched the game against Barcelona and a couple of vids recapping the last couple of games (a late thank you to Salmanpour for his articles), like you said, they have great teamwork, skills, agility, and everything else you need in order to win a championship (which they did). I even think that 3 signings is too much. They should focus on signing David Villa, since other teams are looking to sign him as well. Maybe get one more decent player on the squad along with Villa, and Madrid should be set.
