Art Pharmer (Charles Arthur Pharmer) was born on July 21, 1908. After going to high school at Pasco (WA), Pharmer attended the University of Minnesota. Pharmer made his professional debut in the NFL in 1930 with the Minneapolis Red Jackets. He played for the Frankford Yellow Jackets and Minneapolis Red Jackets over the course of his 2 year career.
