Arland Thompson (Arland Baron Thompson) was born on September 19, 1957 in Lockney, Texas. After going to high school at Plainview (TX), Thompson attended Baylor University. Thompson made his professional debut in the NFL in 1980 with the Denver Broncos. He played for the Kansas City Chiefs, Baltimore Colts, Green Bay Packers and Denver Broncos over the course of his 4 year career.
