Ara Parseghian (Ara Raoul Parseghian) was born on May 21, 1923 in Akron, Ohio. After going to high school at South (Akron, OH), Parseghian attended Miami University of Ohio. Parseghian made his professional debut in the AAFC in 1948 with the Cleveland Browns. He played for the Cleveland Browns for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1948 was Ara Parseghian's best year.
