Born on April 21, 1975 in Villa Altagracia, San Cristobal (Dominican Republic), Aquilino Lopez (Aquilino (Roa) Lopez) played for the Toronto Blue Jays, Philadelphia Phillies, Colorado Rockies, and Detroit Tigers over the course of his 4 year career. Lopez broke into the bigs on April 2, 2003 with the Toronto Blue Jays, and put up a 3.42 ERA in 73.2 innings pitched in 2003, his rookie year.
