Another Stupid MLB Rule

Major League Baseball managers will no longer be allowed to wear a pull over during games.
Personally I say who cares? Baseball is the only sport that makes the managers/coaches wears a uniform. Why? Are they going to play? Should they all be like Joe Torre and get a bat out? As long as the managers/coaches are dressed in team colors and appropriately it should not matter. In football most coaches wear a sweatshirt or some kind of jacket. In Basketball they mostly sit there with button up shirts and a half done up tie. In hockey most coaches wear some sort of suit. They do not have to wear a team jersey. They know that they are not going to play. They are the coach, they need to identify. If the coach is dressed the same how is an ump supposed to quickly identify them?
If any one on the bench during a baseball game that isn’t playing should be required to wear the full uniform it is the other starting pitchers. In hockey the goalie that is not playing dresses, how come the other pitchers don’t? Major league baseball needs to change their priorities and worry about more important things such as instant replay.
