Another Day in the Life of a Browns Fan

The first week of the NFL season has come and gone. The Cleveland Browns lost their home opener to the New Orleans Saints and in the process gave Cleveland fans a quick reminder of what life is like as a Browns fan.
They looked bad (really bad) early, but then showed promise after it was too late.
They set themselves up for big momentum shifts, only to see a yellow flag fly or an opponent come up with the ball. (The interception off the hands of Braylon Edwards comes to mind.)
They lost another one of their key offseason veteran additions (Joe Jurevicius is out 4-6 weeks).
The list goes on and on.
But alas, Browns Nation will tune back in next week for another episode. Our ulcers will grow, our risk for a heart attack will increase, we'll wonder if a surgeon general's warning will soon start appearing before the game begins.
However, we won't give up. We won't switch channels. And even if it's 4th and 87 and we're down by 68, we will always have hope.
