Alvoid Mays (Alvoid Mays) was born on July 10, 1966 in Palmetto, Florida. After going to high school at Manatee (Bradenton, FL), Mays attended West Virginia University. Mays made his professional debut in the NFL in 1990 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins and Pittsburgh Steelers over the course of his 6 year career.

Most people believe that 1995 was Alvoid Mays's best year, as he ran back an interception for a touchdown.
