Alvis Darby (Alvis Russell Darby) was born on September 14, 1954 in Miami, Florida. After going to high school at Miami (FL), Darby attended the University of Florida. Darby made his professional debut in the NFL in 1976 with the Seattle Seahawks. He played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Seattle Seahawks over the course of his 2 year career.
