Alex Van Dyke (Franklin Alexander Van Dyke) was born on July 24, 1974 in Sacramento, California. After going to high school at Luther Burbank (Sacramento, CA), Van Dyke attended Sacramento City College and the University of Nevada-Reno. Van Dyke made his professional debut in the NFL in 1996 with the New York Jets. He played for the New York Jets and Philadelphia Eagles over the course of his 5 year career.
Most people believe that 1996 was Alex Van Dyke's best year.
