Aldo Forte (Herman John Forte) was born on January 20, 1918 in Chicago, Illinois. After going to high school at Fenger (Chicago, IL), Forte attended the University of Montan. Forte made his professional debut in the NFL in 1939 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions over the course of his 5 year career.

Most people believe that 1947 was Aldo Forte's best year.
