Al Kozar (Albert Kenneth Kozar) was born on July 5, 1921 in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania. He made his Major League debut on April 19, 1948 for the Washington Senators. In 1948, his rookie year, he hit .250 with 1 home run and 58 RBI. Kozar played for the Washington Senators and Chicago White Sox over the course of his 3 year career.
