The Bucs had to have designs on having Jeff Garcia start, or else they wouldn't have shelled out big bucks for him in free agency. Having him play in an offense he's familiar with on a team that should play from behind often makes him a potential 250-yard candidate when he's not up against the better defenses in the league. Consider him a solid No. 2 Fantasy QB, ahead of the likes of Jake Delhomme and Steve McNair, and worth a late-round pick in standard drafts.
