Jeff Garcia jumped ahead of A.J. Feeley on the depth chart last season and became the starter when Donovan McNabb went down. Garcia is out of the way this season, but Kelly Holcomb was brought in. He will compete with Feeley for the No. 2 quarterback spot. Feeley has some starting experience and played alright when given the chance. He has a good arm, but tends to make some mistakes and misfire on some passes.
McNabb was fragile the last few seasons, so Feeley has a little more value than your typical backup (if he wins that job), especially if you consider McNabb returns from a major knee injury. Feeley could get some time early in the season, making him a decent guy to grab if you have McNabb on your team.
