[edit] The Winner
An incredibly gifted athlete, Charlie Ward ran away with the Heisman voting in 1993, the year his Florida State Seminoles won their first ever National Championship. At the time, Ward set the record for biggest margin of victory by a Heisman winner. Ward was drafted in the NFL and MLB drafts before deciding to pursue a career in the NBA, where he had been drafted by the New York Knicks in the first round of the 1994 NBA Draft.
